Due to the confusion, I would like to explain more about this program that we're having this Sunday, insyaAllah.
First and foremost, it is not a tajwid class... (haha, sorry if I've conveyed the wrong message...)
Secondly, this program is about how to interact with Kalam Allah in the correct way. Many people nowadays no doubt have the ability to recite the Quran. But why with each recitation, the Quran does not affect our lives? Why does it fail to touch our hearts like it did Rasulullah's and his companions'? For example, a Muslim can read the Quran very well, Masha'Allah but the Quran does not affect his everyday life at all... He continues committing sins which in the Quran has forbidden us to.
Have you ever thought why such a thing happens?
So, this is why we held this program. To find the real cause why this is happening and insyaAllah improve ourselves and others as well.
